About MenoAnswers
MenoAnswers gives you one clear answer per question about perimenopause and menopause. Every answer links to the guideline, drug label or study behind it and shows the date its facts were checked.
Who it’s for
You noticed something has changed and you want to know if it’s perimenopause. You’ve just started HRT and want to know what week three should feel like. You’re a partner looking for the right words. MenoAnswers is written for you, in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, with your country’s guidelines, brand names and prescription rules called out on the page.
Why it beats the alternatives
Forums give you one person’s story. Clinic blogs steer you toward their own prescription. Big health sites answer for one country and bury the answer under background. A MenoAnswers guide answers your question in its first 60 words, gives risks as absolute numbers and links the source next to the claim, so you walk into your appointment knowing the evidence.
How we research
- Primary sources first. Guidelines such as NICE NG23, The Menopause Society position statements, FDA, MHRA and TGA labels, and the trials.
- Dated facts. Every guide shows when its facts were last checked and changes when the evidence does.
- Your country named. Where the US, UK, Canada and Australia differ, the guide says which is which.
The editor
Alexander Gusev edits MenoAnswers, published by the Swedish company Beundra AB. He reads the guidelines, labels and trials behind each question and writes the answer so you can check every claim in one click.
